Individual and Semi-Private Lessons
Here at Schub Surf School, we understand that not all surfers surf the same. That's why we offer different lesson options for new and experienced surfers, solo surfers, or family oriented surfers. Schedule a fun experience for the whole family or step out of your own comfort zone and try something new!
What does each lesson include?
A total of 75 minutes with Instructor
Including an estimated 15 min of on the beach training
Stretching and warming up
Identifying water hazards and ocean conditions
Practicing surf technique in the sand on surfboard prior to entering water
1 Hour of water time
A provided surfboard and leash
HAVING FUN!
Private Lessons
1 Person $110 per person
Semi-Private Lessons
2 People MAX $90 Per Person
Schub Surf School recommends checking out our package options that offer discounted rates to those who are interested in more than one lesson! The more time you spend practicing, the better surfer you will be!
Requirements:
Each student must know how to swim
Age Limit:
Schub Surf School does not offer lessons to children under the age of 7 years old
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the lesson with the surfing instructor.
Max Weight Limit:
Due to the size of our surfboards, we must limit lessons to persons 230 pounds and under.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your lesson with Schub Surf School, please give us 24 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to the scheduled lesson will not receive a refund.
Due to the nature of the sport, mother nature will not allow us to proceed with lessons on some days. After all, she is the one in charge. Allowing yourself to have a flexible schedule will result in a much better experience in the case that weather, tide, or surf conditions is an issue. If you are not able to reschedule due to inclement weather, you will be refunded your money in totality.
